When you purchase a home in an HOA community, you are bound by contract to pay dues and adhere to the Bylaws, Restrictive Covenants, Architectural Control Covenants and Deed Restrictions of the community, as well as to pay annual dues, all of which are on our website, www.DeerCreekHomeOwners.com.  

The HOA is funded by an annual fee assessed to each property owner. These fees are used to ensure that all financial commitments for expected expenses of the Common Areas, taxes, and insurance can be met. It also ensures that reserve accounts are adequately funded for unexpected expenses and further development of amenities.
