Logging in/Updating Your Profile
Logging In
- Click “Login”
- Enter your Username. Your Username is your personal email address. If you do not have your own email address in our records, your username will be "FirstNameLastName@noemail.com"
For example, if your name is Mary Smith your login will be "MarySmith@noemail.com" - Tap “Show Password” so you can be sure you are entering the correct password. If this is your first time logging in to the website, your password will be “deercreek” no quotes, all small letters.
- Click “Remember Me”. Review the email address and password that you typed in for correct spelling, then click “Submit”
You should now see “Hello Your Name” to confirm that you have logged in correctly.

Updating your profile: It’s very important to update your website profile the first time you login, before making any other entries. Verify all information and make any changes as needed. In the future, whenever you make any changes to your email address, mailing address or cell number, be sure to update your profile. Failing to do so could result in you not receiving important information.
To update your online profile you must be logged in. Do NOT change your username. The system works best when everyone’s unique username is their email address.
- In the upper right hand corner of the screen, click “Your Profile”.
- On the next screen, click “Update Profile”.
- Review and update all areas as needed. A red star indicates a required field that must be filled in.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and Click “Save”
Do NOT use "Update Directory Preferences" until AFTER you update your profile!
